South View Park Homes Olivers Battery Gardens Olivers Battery SO22 4HG

Granted Winchester 21/03094/LDC Lawful Development Certificate-Existing

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Section 191 Application for a Lawful Development Certificate of an Existing Use or Development (CLEUD) for the Use of the Land as 'Ancillary Recreation Land and Storage to the Caravan Site' at Southview Park Homes. The application site defined in red (on the Site Location Plan) is used for various ancillary uses associated with this wider caravan park. These main uses and features referenced throughout this submission are associated with the northern area being used for leisure and recreation and the southern area for storage which are used by residents of the caravan park. This use has been carried out for over ten years on an uninterrupted basis. This area is considered to be within the planning unit of the caravan park as the area is within the same ownership and is physically and operationally connected with the use of Southview Park Homes. This will be expanded upon within the Planning Statement.
