Ash (T1) - Remove limbs overhanging boundary to lessen encroachment over buildings. Prunus (T2) - Fell, this is a small tree with little value or future Lawsons Fir (T3) - Fell, this tree has the potential to dominate the site and surrounding trees, not really an appropriate tree for the area. Cedar (T4) - Reduce height by approximately 4m and shape sides to match, this tree is rather exposed and a reduction should lessen likelihood of failure. Indian Bean Tree (T5) - Reduce the leader over the neighbouring property by approximately 2m to lessen likelihood of failure.
