Proposal
T1 sycamore - Clear building by 2 m retaining overhanging branches outside this distance. Crown lift to 5 m. Reason: to create and maintain a reasonable clearance from the dwelling and to create and maintain reasonable access beneath the tree canopy. Please note the tree stands outside the site within the recreation ground. G2 hazel - Clear fence by 1 m. Reason: To create and maintain a reasonable separation between the shrubs to reduce the incidence of direct damage. Please note the shrubs stands outside the site within the recreation ground. T3 beech - Remove. Grind stump and structural roots to 200 mm below soil depth and remove arisings. Replace with weed free aerobic natural top soil with good crumb structure. Plant replacement tree, for instance 3 m high hornbeam Carpinus betulinus. Reason: to reduce the potential for failure and subsequent harm or damage. Replacement tree planting to maintain the visual amenity of the local area. Please refer to site plan for indicative tree positions.
