The Orangery will be 6m metres wide 4 metres along the side of the house.This is within the half of the width of the house being 12.17 metres The project is within 2.2 acres of land.50 metres away from the nearest house or road. 2.Construct a 4 bay wooden garage less than 4 metres high near to the old garages that is becoming dilapidated and to be able to store cars and household items. The garages will be in 2.2 acres of land Existing access is fine. 30 metres away from the nearest neighbours boundary and 40 metres from the nearest neighbours house
