T1 Maple - Reduce to clear back from the building by 3m to give a clearance of 3m. T2 Cherry - Reduce to clear back from the building by 3m to give a clearance of 3m. Crown lift over the access road to give a clearance of 5.5m from road level to the lowest foliage. T3 multi stemmed sycamore - Fell to ground level. T15 horse chestnut - Crown reduce in height by up to 5m, to appropriate reduction points, to stabilize and leave a tree of approximately 15m in height. T18 Twin-stemmed Canadian maple - Fell to 12ft eco pole and leave all timber as fallen for habitat retention. Chip all brush into the woodland. Replant with 1 x Norway maple (Crimson King).
