The works are minor in nature and intended to improve canopy structure and provide appropriate clearance beneath the crown. The proposed pruning involves the removal of small diameter branches only and will not adversely affect the health or stability of the tree. (Amended)

Suggestion is to shorten damaged limbs and branches as appropriate to their lengths and amount of damage to reduce the risk of failure. Estimated reduction is maximum 3m but less if safe to do so & leaving decent growth points. 1 limb recently broke & fell into owners garden & the climbing inspection was undertaken & the damage was highlighted.
