T1 sycamore Acer pseudoplatanus: Remove due to poor form. The tree has a lean of the lower stem to the north and three stems arising from 2 to 2.5 m. The union at 2 m with the minor southern stem is an included bark union and is growing towards the residential properties to the south. The tree is of poor form and has a significant structural feature making the tree unworthy of tree preservation order. Plant replacement field maple Acer campestre c2.5m height.
