Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
I recently had a tree safety report under taken at my property. They have recommended having 2 trees removed. The large Beech (t5) as a rotten limb, that they report has spread to the main trunk of the tree and the horse Chestnet tree (pink blossom) (t4) has extensive rot, amongst other issues.

We have recently moved into the property and would like to remove a horse chestnut tree (pink blossom) from our garden to help with damp problems in the house and because the tree itself is suffering from rot. The tree was previously consented for removal under planning application 21/00479/TPC but was never removed - this application was made by a previous owner of the property. The original reason for removal was extensive rot. We have recently consulted a tree surgeon who agreed that it should be removed.
