Proposal

The land previously referred to as 'Laurel Cottage' (Land registry title no.HP284373) was purchased by the original owners of Pippins in 1984 to be used as their garden. The land had previously been the garden of Laurel Cottage which was demolished. We purchased Pippins in 2012 with the larger garden attached and have continued to use it as our garden to date.
