(Amended) T1 - Beech - Crown thin canopy to achieve a 20% volume reduction, whilst ensuring an even density of foliage is retained throughout a well-spaced and balanced branch structure by systematically removing material from throughout the tree rather than from the inner crown areas. ? 2 ? Establishment of a clearance zone of 3 m between the outer canopy of the tree and the built form elevations of 24 St Thomas Street (this is the northern aspect of the canopy) ? 3 ? Crown raise the canopy to establish a minimum height of 6m above ground clearance (existing garden level) cutting tertiary growth and no pruning wounds in excess of 75mm diameter. ? 4 ?
