T1 - Oak - Reduction of crown height and lateral growth by 2 - 3m, concentrating on over extended lateral growth. Provide 3m clearance from dwelling. Reason ; In late August of this year a significant branch failed damaging a boundary fence and plants. This was likely Summer Branch Drop. The works would reduce the likely hood of further failures and maintain the trees size in its location. These works are considered reasonable in light of the branch failure.
