T1 - OAK TREE - STANDS IN THE REAR GARDEN OF NO.53. THE GARDEN IS VERY SMALL AND THE TREE IS NOW STARTING TO DOMINATE IT. WITH THE TREE BEING RETAINED SURGERY WORK IS NOW NECESSARY. OUR RECOMMENDATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: RAISE THE LOWER CANOPY FROM THE GROUND TO THE EASTERN BOUNDARY TO 6 METRES TO GIVE BALANCE. REDUCE THE TREE ALL OVER TO 3 METRES, AND THIN THROUGH BY 5%. ALL IN THE INTEREST OF GOOD HUSBANDRY.
