Planning application

St Swithins Biddenfield Lane Shedfield SO32 2HP

Withdrawn Winchester 20/01926/LDC Lawful Development Certificate-Existing

Withdrawn before a decision, so it carries no planning weight. A revised scheme can be submitted at any time.

Proposal

The property in question is the Barn to the east of the dwelling known at St Swithins. It has always been in agricultural use as far as my client is aware an their solicitor has confirms that upon purchase the barn and land were subject to an agricultural tie. In October 2006 an application to remove the tie was made and refused as per reference number: 06/02537/LDC. The application made under ref 10/00776/FUL changed the use of an area previously used as a swimming pool and vegetable patch to an equestrian use. This application did not include the barn and therefore we believe this remained in agricultural use. We are requesting a lawful development certificate confirming the barn is still subject to an agricultural use.
