Proposal

A car port was built and use of it commenced over 4 years ago; the car port size/dimensions was/is within permissible limits. It was built on top of retaining walls which were placed as part of landscaping to the front of the property in February 2016 and completed in June 2016. The total height was within permissible limits and formed part of the landscaping design to the front of the property. We commenced use of it for parking cars immediately that the work was completed.
