Planning application
Perrans 143 Main Road Colden Common SO21 1TL
Works: Extension Loft or dormer Windows or glazing Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
The new works relate to a revision to a previously granted planning application which included 2 story extension to the main house and the provision for a double garage outbuilding (reference 08/02253/FUL Sept 2008 ). (While the house extension was completed, the garage was not constructed although permission will still stand as a result). The present application seeks to modify the original design of the garage out-building to serve as a garage-annexe on the same plot with living accommodation within the roof/attic section and part of the ground floor and the remainder of the ground floor utilised as a garage space. As part of the new design, double glass doors and window will face toward the main properties garden and 2 x velux type windows in the roof will face toward the main house.
