Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
The proposed single storey rear extension measures 6.00 metres deep, 7.74 metres wide, 2.20 metres at the eaves, 3.49 metres at flat roof level, with a roof lantern which measures 3.97 metres above ground level at its highest point. The rear extension would extend up to the common boundary with 125 Lower Shawlands, there would be no encroachment over the common boundary. The wall would be set in 150mm to allow the flush eaves and guttering to sit within the site. The materials would be similar in appearance to the existing house.
