The tree is a mature beech that sits toward the front of my plot and overhangs my neighbours garage. On 30/10/25 I gave WCC notice that deadwood needed to be removed. Mulberry Tree Services completed the work. The climber commented that two limbs were rubbing and one was worn through by about a third. He indicated that if left, either limb could eventually break off. He suggested that the upper part of the lower limb were removed to prevent this. On the photo provided. The yellow arrow shows the point where the limbs are rubbing and the red arrive the proposed point of removal.

Beech tree :- remove 5 low branches over neighbours garage roof. Reason there is an exceptionally large leaning side limb larger than the main stem removing these limbs should reduce the excessive weight therefore reducing any potential risk of failure.

My client lives in a blanket TPO area, he has a selection of trees on the front bank of his property that are next to the road and footpath. There is one large Oak and a few medium Ash and Maple trees. The roadside sides of the trees are overhanging the road low enough for lorries to clip them and on the other side they are growing towards the house and into overhead phone wires. Applying to raise the height on the roadside branches on all trees to 4m and cut back anything higher by 1.5m, 1.5m reduction away from the house side on all the trees, then a 1.5m reduction on the height on the Maples and Ash. Any deadwood to be removed at the same time. There is a large Maple tree on the right of the clump at the front being applied that isn't my clients so won't be being touched. That will be shown on the site plan marked at NT for neighbour tree, clump of maple/ash labelled T1, Oak labelled T2 and Japanese Cedar labelled T3 In the back garden, there is a Japanese Cedar tree growing at 45 degree angle and is very top heavy, so applying to reduce the height on that by 2.5m to reduce the chance of future failure. All work carried out to BS3998

1 and 2 are Ash Trees. Removal. They have Ash Dieback, front the Highway and are hence an ongoing risk. ABCDEFGH are self seeded sycamores. Removal due to excessive shading and poor amenity value. 3. Holly Tree. Poor amenity and excessive shading. Pollard at 4 metres. 4.5 and 6. 4 and 5 are Beech, 6 is a Horse Chestnut. Crown lift to 5 metres due to excessive shading. Due to the relatively small plot, the retention of X2 Beech, one horse Chestnut and Holly Tree and the abundance of trees in the immediate vicinity, there are no plans to replace.
