Proposal

T1-Beech: Crown lift to 5m and clear 2m from building (applicants property). T2-Crown lift over driveway and road to 5m. Lower branches from T1 are encroaching on applicants property. Lower branches from T2 are now fouling on cars on the driveway and taller vehicles using the road to access the properties. I suggest removing lower branches back to the stem on T1 to allow for sufficient clearance.
