Proposal

T1 Sycamore - crown is I decline. Customer has stated there was a large amount of fungal growth around the base of the tree, tracking along the roots. This indicates the tree is diseased with a Polypore. Customer would like the tree removed to prevent damage to property and potential for falling in the road causing serious harm.
