Sycamore tree in the centre of 3 property boundaries with all 3 property owners in favour of removal due to the decay at the base / low union with epicormic growth indicating struggling also full crown covered in very thick dense ivy Removal would allow more mature trees in the area to flourish / proper Boundry line fences to be installed by all 3 residents Small sapling / silver birch could be planted in rear garden were less populated area to allow a healthy amount of light.
