Non Material Amendment Application for previously approved Application of A/12/76665 to the wording of Condition 23 to read as follows excluding phase 1A any reserved matters application which includes an element of residential development pursuant to this outline approval shall be accompanied by a report to demonstrate how the applicant will secure compliance with the requirements of Wigan Replacement UDP Policy R1H and the Councils SPD on Affordable Housing Provision in New Residential Developments. Except in so far as Phase 1A is concerned the development shall be subsequently implemented fully in accordance with all measures approved as part of the reserved matters application.
