Proposal
T1 - Turkey Oak- Reduce the overall crown height by approximately 2 metres, with a lateral reduction of up to 3 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points to improve crown symmetry and maintain an appropriate form. Remove all accessible deadwood throughout the crown as part of the works. T2 - Lime Tree- Re-pollard the tree back to its established previous pollard points, maintaining the existing management regime and retaining the established pollard framework. Any branches or regrowth encroaching on the adjacent street lighting will be carefully pruned back to maintain a minimum clearance of 1 metre, where practicable, while ensuring cuts are made to suitable pruning points Reason for work: General tree maintenance

T1 Betula jacquemontii- Fell- This tree has out grown its position in the small herbacious border and garden, it is blocking light and the roots are suppressing the growth of other ornamental shrubs and trees- The owner would like to remove it before it gets any larger- a poor choice for such a small garden, also blocking the view in to Green park. T2 Prunus sp.- Fell As above , in addition the trees lower branches have been removed and now has impaired form, is being suppressed by the London Plane tree and it has very few blossoms in the spring. If nessessary the tree owner would be prepared to replace the two trees with a more suitable tree
