Namely, Inclusion of smoke extract vent an amendment to the approved height of the WC extract fan at roof level, amendments to the height of the approved lift overrun and penthouse louvres, inclusion of bird and bat boxes, rainwater hoppers, inclusion of a transom to 4 no. windows at 8th floor level on the south elevation, additional louvres proposed to the AHU windows on the south elevation, amendment to the double window pane design at north elevation, redesign of the substation and bin store entrance at the west elevation and relocation of UKPN sub-station.
