Amendments to the louvred panel above the door in the lower ground floor and the replacement of door with a fire rated door. The size of the lift overrun has increased. Raising of the level 3 terrace balustrade. Lintel to the access doors have been raised. A black WC vent is also proposed. The rainwater pipe to be redirected. Recessed floor lighting to the level 3 terrace is also included. Feature wall lighting and emergency lighting are also proposed on the rear elevation. Amendments to the level 2 windows. The staircase connecting the rear courtyard and roof terrace is now proposed to be a lightweight metal staircase clad in the same floor finish as the terrace.
