Erection of lift shaft at rear to fourth floor level, alterations to and formation of rear terrace at roof level, alterations to fenestration and portico on Chapel Street, installation of plant in basement vaults and lightwell adjacent to Chapel Street and at fourth floor level (main house). Installation of CCTV system, satellite dish at fourth floor level, formation of new gates in railings to Chapel Street, removal of Sycamore tree on Chapel Street, landscaping and planting scheme and internal alterations; use of the building as a single-family dwellinghouse (Class C3).
