Two existing lay-bys to the west of the A40 overbridge will be removed to accommodate the construction of the slip roads) without complying with conditions 1 and 18 in order to replace a proposed shared-use path with a footway, merge two balancing ponds into one, re-align a drainage ditch, extend the highway boundary and make amendments to the landscaping scheme to include additional planting
