Proposal
Listed building consent for the urgent replacement of two external front lintels, Install scaffolding for safe access. Remove and rebuild outer skin of stone lintels. Supply and install new steel lintels with hardwood fascias to replace existing ones. Locally expose internal lintels, check for rot and make good plasterwork if ok. Prepare, undercoat and gloss 2 windows and lintels externally. Install 8 x 4m long helifix bars to prevent further movement to front left corner.
