Variation of condition 15 S/2017/2577/EIA (access round about) Outline application for a residential development of up to 525 dwellings, open space, children's play area and associated infrastructure (Application accompanied by an Environmental Statement) at Land North of Newport Pagnell Road Hackleton. To change the wording of the condition to Prior to the commencement of development on site, full engineering and construction details of the approved Newport Pagnell Road access and roundabout and associated works, as shown on drawing no. 20168_03_02 Rev B, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Prior to the occupation of any dwelling, the approved works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The bus stops and puffin crossing as detailed on the approved plan shall be provided prior to first occupation of any dwelling hereby permitted.
