Demolition of existing 2.8m wide by 3.4m deep by 3m high corrugated iron stable structure which is in very bad repair and falling down. Replace existing concrete foundation which is crumbling away with new concrete foundation covering original stable building footprint plus an additional 3m in width and 0.2m in depth Erection of a prefabricated 5.5m wide by 3.5m deep by 2.43m high spruce log cabin. The existing stable's back (SW-facing) wall forms part of the southern fence of the garden - the new cabin's back wall (SW-facing) will replace this and extend along the existing fence line by a further 2.7m. The cabin will have connection to mains water, mains electricity, wastewater and sewage systems via the main property, 2 Church Street (via consumer units where required). It will have no independent meters or supply points and will not be billed on separate supply accounts. It will be completely reliant on the main residence for all amenities at all times. It is anticipated that the internal space will be divided into toilet and shower room, double bedroom and lounge/diner so it can be used as a self-contained living space for short term stays for guests and relatives as well as a garden home-office working space.
