Listed Building Consent to carefully strip existing Collyweston slate roof covering and timber battens from roofslope W2; set aside slate for re-use (anticipated re-use 50 per cent); repair and strengthen roof timbers where necessary; install breathable felt covering and new battens; reinstate Collyweston slate coverings making up shortfall with new or reclaimed slates to match, all laid in diminishing courses to match existing; associated renewal of lead soakers and box gutters.
