Proposed Works:re-point internal stone and brickwork on 1st floor using appropriate lime mortar.Repair ledge/replace window on first floor (like for like) Level up the ground floor - dealing with the damp as necessary.Repair the render and re-paint the internal ground floor walls (white as they were before) dealing with the damp as necessary by tanking.Replace damp affected chipboard floorboarding on 1st floor (like for like).Board the ceilings and improve lighting (there is not much ceiling height, so the suggestion would be recessed LED spotlights)
