Proposal
Item 1. Mature Cherry tree opposite pool house. Re profile crown over lawn by reduction of lateral growth by 3-4 m to suitable growth points and clear B.T cables by removal of lower branch to source. To include minor prune of underlying Laburnum by reduction of branches over lawn/path by circa 1-2 m. Item 2. Mature Cherry adjacent boundary wall on bank. Remove low large branch growing over boundary wall to source to clear B.T cables including minor branch removals. Item 3. Ash tree adjacent to wall in corner of garden. Remove to ground level and treat stump. To remove future conflict with wall, neighbours and allow space for adjacent trees. Item 4, 5, 6. Two Birch and one Acer (reverted) by Holly hedge and drive. Crown raise both Birches to circa 5-6 m by removal of lower branches to source. Lift over Holly hedge and drive one Acer by circa 2 m and re re profile crown by minor reduction of lateral branches to improve shape and balance. Item 7, Mature Walnut in lawn by Hornbeam hedge. Lift all round by circa 2 m over lawn, clear Acer by circa 2-3 m and adjacent hedges by circa 2 m pruning to suitable growth points where practical, additionally re profile crown by lateral reduction by circa 2-3 m to improve shape and balance to include reduction of main stem (A on plan) by up to 4 m to reduce end loading due to poor union at base.
