Planning application
The Cobbles On The Green Prestidge Row Moreton Pinkney NN11 3NJ
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
To convert two built-in wardrobes between two bedrooms on the first floor into an en-suite. The foul drainage from the Saniflow-type toilet will exit through the sofit-board behind the rainwater gutter and be vertical down the front outside of the building in a narrow black pipe. An extractor fan in the new en-suite shower room will link to the existing conduit from the existing bathroom extractor fan. There will be no alterations to the stone structure of the building.
