Proposal

Replace existing timber floor structure from second floor replace with oak timbers. Replace floor with suitable softwood joists and boards. Stabilise both internal gable ends. New ceiling joists, plaster board, skimmed with gypsum plaster, stabilise the loose stone and lime mortar internal walls to first floor. Remove fireplaces to ground floor lounge and dining room, replace with woodburning stoves. Addition of rooflight to rear elevation.
