Planning application
Loder Hall Harborough Road Maidwell NN6 9JA
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Yew tree in front (north and east) of the Loder Hall. It is overgrown and "infested" with ivy. it is encroaching on telephone wires. Branches currently sweep the roof of the hall and the garage belonging to the adjacent house (Berrylands). The canopy is at head height. Propose to pollard the tree to make a much smaller canopy with a more pleasing and manageable shape that can be trimmed more easily and regularly.
