Manor Cottage 46 Church Street Cogenhoe NN7 1LS
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Cherry Plum Tree began shedding leaves and seeping sap from the bark at the beginning of August. Since then the tree has completely died. The tree will need be completely felled to ground level and removed as it could become a risk very quickly. We do plan to replant something in its place but have not researched appropriate species to date.
