Planning application

Barnwalls Back Lane Chapel Brampton NN6 8AJ

Granted West Northamptonshire 2025/3685/TCA Works to Trees (Conservation Area)

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Requesting to be able to prune three trees in the front, side and back gardens of Barnwalls , Back Lane, Chapel Brampton TREE 1 - Magnolia Tree in the garden at the front of the house. The tree is now higher and close to the front of the house and blocking light to the down stairs and upstairs bedroom windows. Also telephone wires running through branches and worried the branches could cause damage. TREE 2 - Tree unknown in the garden at the side of the house. Half of tree is dead and as close to the wall that divides our garden with our neighbours worried branches could fall into there garden causing damage. TREE 3 - Silver Birch in the garden at the back of the house. The tree has got very large and blocks out light to most of the rooms at the back of the house, also some dead branches which we would like taken out before they fall down.
