T1 Lime - Pollard back to previous pollard point. To reduce the weight out of the canopy, the old wound looks to have not compartmentalized properly due to all the outside growth/shoots and showing signs of water/dirt sat in the middle as a elderflower has started growing in the middle of this wound, decay could have set into the main stem if not responded well. Utilities have come and taken a large section of the canopy away unbalancing the whole canopy, a lot of the lower branches are not above the required height for a footpath or highway.
