Proposal

1x Norwegian Pine sits around 18 foot from the front of the property (Main Street). Propose to remove the entire tree full removal of logs and stump ground out. The tree will be directly behind a three bay garage (not yet built on this property) and is at risk of falling onto the building. The tree will be felled onto our own property. We wish to replant native species such as beech or a traditional Lincoln Lay hedge the size of the existing garden fence estimate length 30 feet.
