Sycamore T1- Fell (TPO T3). Tree has grown with several main stems from around 2m agl. The main union at 2m agl is showing signs the stems are beginning to push appart and the appearance of cracks between the stems is becomming visible. Given the trees location in relation to the building and the risk of failure due to the co dominant stems, felling and re planting (a species specified by the council) would be the best course of action
