About trees applications
How this application type works
Tree applications cover work to protected trees: those under a tree preservation order need consent for pruning or felling, and trees in a conservation area need six weeks written notice before work starts. The council assesses the amenity value of the tree and can refuse consent, approve it with conditions, or in conservation areas make a preservation order in response.

To fell 4 pines as per attached report. This application supersedes PP-10066469 as this was locked for editing so please withdraw. The reason for the superseded app is that the client is insistent that reference is drawn regarding long term structural integrity. Replanting of species to be confirmed.

Originally requested a few week ago to fell one pine and deadwood remaining pines. This was authorised. On commencement of works it was discovered that a further two pines were actually dead. This was hard to observe from ground level and it?s only observed once the climbers were in the neighbouring trees Dead trees are denoted in red in the sketch and associated pics
