Proposal
Removal of the clubs traditional grass pitch in its entirety, excavation of sub-soil to a suitable depth to achieve the required bearing strata and reinstatement of a sub-base in line with current standards to facilitate the laying of a new 4g Astroturf playing surface to the same plan size as existing. There shall be no change in use, however the new playing surface shall all expansion of use for additional matches and to support both club youth teams, women's team and community club usage.
