CBRE Environmental has been commissioned to undertake an environmental review of the above referenced site (a site plan is attached). I am trying to establish the former uses of the site and how long they were present on the site, in particular relating to industrial uses, bulk storage tanks and known soil investigations that may have been undertaken. Please can you therefore provide a full planning history of the site dating from the oldest available records (e.g. copies of planning cards or a database printout).
