T1956 - Monterey pine - Sectional dismantle and complete removal of the existing tree. We propose to remove the mature Monterey pine located at the entrance to the school. The works will be carried out using a 55-ton crane. The main stem will be sectioned into approximately 3-metre lengths and placed into the designated drop zone over the fence. Where this is not achievable, sections will be placed carefully into an available parking bay. All arising woodchip will be tipped in the agreed corner parking space. In conclusion, the removal of the tree is justified as a necessary and proportionate measure to mitigate a foreseeable risk to public safety and property, in line with established risk management duties and arboricultural best practice.

TPO 1126: T1495 - 1x Norway Maple (not protected by TPO) - Prune secondary & sub lateral branch growth away from the neighbouring building to achieve a minimum clearance of approximately 2.0 metres. All final pruning cuts shall be made at suitable growth points, retaining the tree's natural form & main framework, T1498 - 1x Large Multi-Stemmed Crack Willow - Pollard the tree at approximately 5.0 metres above ground level, removing the upper crown and retaining the main structural framework at the specified pollard height. All final pruning cuts shall be made at suitable growth points where practicable, T1499 - 1x Crack Willow - Pollard the tree at approximately 5.0 metres above ground level, removing the upper crown & retaining the main structural framework at the specified pollard height, T5460 - 1x Crack Willow - Pollard the tree at approximately 5.0 metres above ground level, removing the upper crown & retaining the main structural framework at the specified pollard height & T1955 - 1x Horse Chestnut - Due to the significance and maturity of the tree, undertake a sensitive crown thin, selectively removing a maximum of 10% of appropriate secondary and smaller branch growth throughout the canopy to reduce areas of excessive crown density & encourage the development of the inner canopy. Works shall retain the tree's main framework, natural form and a high proportion of the foliage-bearing structure. For Justification, please refer to the Tree Condition Safety Survey
