Planning application

Windy Ridge Berry Pomeroy TQ9 6LH

Granted West Devon 0450/26/TCA Works to a Tree in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees Domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1: Horse Chestnut - Fell to ground level, Sectionally dismantle the tree to a near-ground-level stump - tree has outgrown its current location, significantly dominating a small rear garden and restricting its reasonable use. Due to its close proximity to the primary dwelling, there are concerns regarding potential structural interference and excessive overshadowing. Removal is proposed to manage the site safely and restore light and usable space to the garden.
