Inappropriate tree for small space and will be an issue as disease progresses. Dismantle to ground level, G1 Group of 9 Sycamore approx. 9m in line. Crown reduction of 20% and shape. Max cut 7.5cms. the trees height would finish 8-9m, and the spread of this linear group would be 6-7m x 2-3m. The "shaping" would reduce the over hang of the Old Newtown Road and increase the distance from the house. T5 Dwarf Cypress approx. 4m. Remove to ground level and replace with more appropriate planting so close to building

T1 - Lime: Inside Car Park Area. Re-pollard to old points. The proposed works would not reduce the amenity value of the tree and will allow sustainable tree management in the long term. The works are part of a regular maintenance program to retain the tree at a suitable size of its location.
