We propose a 20% crown reduction to reduce branch length by 1.5-2m, reducing height down to 13m and reducing crown spread to 15m. We have recieved a Subtilis report that recommends a medium crown reduction regarding the affect this tree may be having on the soil up to and below no. 1 Nabbs Hill Close.
