Proposal

First floor extension, building over existing garage and car port, to create master bedroom suite. Internal reconfiguration of first floor to connect new bedroom to existing dwelling. NB this application is a resubmission of plans originally submitted in July 2025. The plans were essentially approved but a refusal was issued because a Preliminary Roost Assessment for bats had not been completed. This Assessment was subsequently arranged as well as follow-up Emergence Surveys. The reports for these processes accompany this application.
