Proposal

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development: The proposal is to build a private outdoor swimming pool and small pool house adjacent to the house and behind the curtilage. This will be incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling. The pool will be no larger than 5m x 10m. The pool house will only house the plant equipment to service the pool and will be no larger than 2m x 3m. The proposal has been designed to meets Class E rights. There are no restrictions on Class E permitted development in prior planning applications on site. The threshold of 50% building coverage of the property will not be breached. This application is to confirm concurrence with interpretation of Class E rights.
