T1 - Oak: Positioned along the West boundary fence line, to the right-hand side of the building. Branches are encroaching and touching the brickwork, roof and ariels, thus posing significant damage to both the tree and the building. RSL therefore recommends that some formative pruning be carried out to clear the lower branches away from the building to prevent ongoing future issues. We are proposing that an approximate 2m safe gap be created between the building and vegetation by removing a total of 7x tertiary branches, all to be cut back to unions removing 2m from the tips to create a 2m gap between the tree and the building. Plus removal of new growth, back to previous cut points.
